After owning BMWs for the last 5yrs plus I got used to just bringing the ride to the shop...but with my new ride my feelings have changed. My main concern is that if I bring my 'Maro in then whos to say that they wont scratch the underbody or something (Im using pads on my jack and stands to protect)??? that'd suck. So Ive been doing my own work and so far so good...granted it was just oil and cat-backs. Its been a breeze and i'll prob continue my own work as long as my garage can handle it. PLUS it a good reason to buy tools!
