Walnut Street Invitational Car Show in Shadyside
Monday, July 14, 2008 - 5:00 - 9:00 PM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nestled on Shadyside’s charming Walnut Street you can view a sampling of rare, classic and exotic cars. This long running show features the region’s finest and most unique vehicles. Cars are invited to display by invitation only – so this promises to include show cars rarely seen at other car shows and cruises. Walnut Street is located only minutes from Schenley Park where the Combined car show and races occur a few days later.

CAR CRUISE AT THE WATERFRONT
Tuesday, July 15, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Over 700 cars will be on display at our annual cruise at the Waterfront in Homestead. The cruise takes place from 5:00 - 9:00 PM in the parking lot between Chick-Fil-A and Steak & Shake. We ask cruisers to make a $5 donation for our charities; the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley School. A free gift will be given away for each donation

DOWNTOWN PARADE & CAR DISPLAY
Wednesday July 16, 2008 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you work Downtown, Wednesday of Race Week is a great day to take a long lunch break. Nestled among the skyscrapers several of downtown’s most prominent addresses open their courtyards for a sparkling preview of the weekend’s shows and races.

In 2007 we celebrated our 25th year with a parade lap of the city featuring 25 race and show cars. We look forward to making this an annual rite. The parade will be staged from General Robinson Street, near Heinz Field. Please arrive as close as possible to 9:00 to ensure your space in the parade.

Parade Stages: 9:00 – 10:00 AM

Parade Departs: 10:30 AM

Cars Displayed: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
I wonder if they are going to have any of the new Camaros there?

If so, I might take the day off work and go see it. I have not seen it in person yet.
