Choices with Whipple

Ok, here is the question. I have a 2010 L99 car that I have just converted to ls3 with the LS9 cam, lifters and valve springs. I am almost done with the whipple install and then I will be installing the LPE twin mechanical pump setup (the one that runs off factory wiring without the controller. Injectors are ID 850's, with a cold air, and Stainless power headers and Full magnaflow exhaust. Planning to to get dyno tuned in a week.

My question is What pulley should I run to be safe on the street with? I have the stock 4.00, 3.75, and a 3.50. I am not looking for a dyno queen I could care a less about a big number. I want as much power possible but want to be safe at the same time.

Thanks in advance!

2010 Camaro 2SS/RS with a K&N cold air Stainless Power headers, Magnaflow cat-back, staggered TSW Nurburgring's just a great daily driver.
