and also the pressed in freeze plug type end cap at the blue arrow was seeping some in this location at the arrow tip:
Was the oil cooler end cap leaking at all on your Camaro?
These 2x10" homemade ramps give plenty of clearance and safety to get under there, have an optional top step that drops in place for more height.

Yeah to be honest when I was changing the filter it did seem like the bolts were a bit loose as welll. But I am glad I changed everything anyways because it is a common problem. No leakage on the end cap though so that is good.
