Driver side, last cylinder lifter tray. The lifter on the left is stuck and not wanting to budge, the lifter tray bolt is completely stripped causing the tray to become loose. How does this happen on a build that has roughly 2500 miles from the build? And are the cylinders supposed to be this full of carbon residue with such little mileage? The receipt is pictured below with the engine and callies assembly on it but it sure doesn't seem even close to being somewhat new.
