Wow, great find and good info.... that makes a lot of sense. I knew that "porting" the headers somehow increased exhaust flow, just wasn't sure how. That explained it perfectly.
As I now understand it...
"porting" is the process of essentially creating a larger opening and removing the bottleneck in the exhaust manifold.
