the pins that are not protruding through the caliper as much may need to be seated a little more. You need to remove the wheel. Be careful, you can chip a carbon ceramic rotor easily if you plop the wheel on the corner of the rotor. Take a small punch/drift and gently tap the pin from the inner flat part to make the pointed end appear as the pics with the pin fully protruding. Also, double check the top retainer and make sure the 13mm bolt is tight. The metal retainer on top holds tension on the pads to prevent chattering and noise so that may not be installed properly. It is a nice system, and I've never had a Brembo unit ever make any noises as you describe.
