ok, well if this were a supercharger or something of the sorts, i could possibly agree... but a catch can? really? is that even considered a mod these days? I doubt the OP had intentions of installing a catch can as a means of better performance.

Warranty issues typically have always gone to the consumer in terms of court / BAR / AAA / etc.. when it comes down to it.
