It is a certainty that no dealership will touch this claim as GM has already said it isnt going to honor the warranty and pay any repair bill.
Whats worse is the dealer who ran the OP's car without oil pressure to diagnose the issue and caused more damage (motor knocking now when it wasn't when he had it towed in)
needs to be held accountable for that negligent act...
