The mile put on isn't a big thing. Car could have had .1 mile to next mile. But you need to run engine to check oil pressure. That is performed first by taking off oil filter and putting a block and gage on it. If pressure is ok then you check it at ops.
Not sure of their results . None of us are. Could be anything. So stressing on running car or the mile change to me isn't a big issue.

Driving a car for 1 mile with no oil pressure is a big deal.
No need to drive car at all to check oil pressure.
