Like the rest of the posters here, I believe with the information posted, that the OP is being taken advantage of. This really infuriates me about what is happening with this. If GM really wants to press the matter, I am not brand loyal, I can add them to my "do not purchase list."

A warranty is something that we the customer pays for as part of the vehicle package. Is GM essentially saying that the customer cannot depend on them to stand behind the product that they are selling?
