I bought the New Chevy PP warranty from BeckyD@Rodgers Chevrolet and the reason was due mainly to the early failure rate on the MRC shocks which are covered by this premium plan. I drive my cars so I put miles on them and I usually keep them very long term.
The exclusion list is short and defined so it should help you make a decision one way or another and the roadside assistance is included also.
I'm covered up to 120,000 miles like a bumper to bumper so no worries about HUD, MyLink or any other unforeseen electrical issues.
