I keep my cars bone stock until at least until the warranty is up. I just don't need the grief.
There may be more to this story than we are hearing however unless you have an extra 10k hanging around you don't need, you may want to get those mods off of your car. Sure many have had their cars worked on under warranty with mods installed but do you really want to take the chance that you'll be the unlucky sob they decide to make an example out of? It's up to you but for me I think not.
