Lease Take Over - 2015 2SS RS 1LE

Perfect option to ream a 1LE for a year and turn it in or buyout at end. It has had a front bumper re-spray. You must be a Michigan resident to takeover lease.

GM Financial has eased up their lease takeover/transfer policy.
I will cover the $595 transfer fee.
There are currently 16 months left on this lease ending September 2017.
This is a 22,500 mile lease. Currently 8,565. I would imaging if a deal is worked this month you would have 13,500 left.
It is $400/month.
It is my second vehicle, only reason looking to get out of it; it was stored in my garage over winter.
Residual is currently $35,853.64
I expect residual at end to be between $30-$31k. I will get the exact number.

Every option except Recaro's.

Red Hot color code, LS3 426 hp/420 lb-ft tq, Tremec TR6060 6-speed, LSD rear diff, 20x10" front/20x11" rears.

-1LE: 3:91 rear diff ratio (vs. Base SS 3:55), black 20" ZL1 wheels, larger front and rear sway bars, sport tuned supsension, unique front splitter and rear spoiler, flat bottom suede steering wheel, suede shift knob
-RS Package: Halo headlights, LED tails, HID fogs, Center console (4) gauge cluster, Body color roof/door moldings
-2SS: HUD, Leather heated seats, Sun-roof
-Navigation with pre-paid XM, back up camera, Boston Acoustics 10-speaker upgrade
-Performance GM exhaust (NPP)

Please contact me with questions.

EDIT: Per PM's and others requests.

Lease transfer process per GM Financial Lease Takeover office:

Must be resident of the state lease is held, MI.

In order to take over lease I will need some info to give to GM Financial Leasing:
Name: First, Last
(2) Phone numbers: personal, work, wife, mom, etc... any second phone number you can be reached at
Mailing address:
E-mail address:

Since this is a request on my account, I have to provide your contact info so GM Financial can contact you.
Essentially they will run a credit check to check your eligibility for the transfer, this takes 2-3 days.
If you are approved the "transfer" process takes between 15-30 days, at this time I will stop driving the car and send you a photo of the odometer.
I will give you the VIN at this point so you can set up insurance.
I will cover the $595 transfer fee.
The first months lease payment of $400 is due upon car being transferred into your name, I will comp you $200 at delivery; you're first month will cost you $200.
It is now up for you and I to arrange pick-up/delivery of the vehicle.

-Yes it will need tires soon. I planned on discussing with prospective client, some people like almost dead tires... I don't blame them, my plan was to use them up too.
-Hood wrap; do not give the dealership that much credit, there is a 0.5% chance that a dealership employee would say, "Gee, that's a nice 1LE, where is the hood wrap though?" We can discuss $$ or having it wrapped if you want. I know a place that does great vinyl/graphics work.
-I have the clunky engine cover too. Everything is better without a bra on.
-Camaro badges removed, and NPP fuse pulled.

PM Me and we can go from there.
