I hope you offered to help her because the elderly woman in the photos looks horrified? I was hit by an elderly man years ago and I can proudly say I didn't get pissed off. I actually helped him with his insurance, as well as contacting family and getting his car off the street. It was a huge pain in the ass getting my car repaired but I always felt a sense of pride for not blowing up at that elderly man when he was clearly distressed over the situation.
Sometimes it pays off to respond with compassion instead of anger. Just sayin'.

Nobody got pissed at the scene and her husband showed up immediately to help her after she denied help from the ambulance.
I am more frustrated than anything. If the car is not totalled then I end up having a car with a car fax that is going to kill any value it did have. The whole situation just sucks!
I am very glad that she did not kill anyone or herself and it was good that the doctor was not seeing anyone that day. The vehicle she hit in the street that turned in as well the driver almost got out of the car and if she would of that would have been the end to her as she would have been standing in the path of destruction!
