That fact that he doesn't wish to pursue it doesn't mean they where right in what they did.
It doesn't really matter at this point. The OP says he's done and just wants his car fixed. While I don't get it, I respect him for it.
Moral of the story, don't listen to any of these aftermarket company's sales pitches about not losing your warranty when buying their products or anyone else for that matter. Don't so much as hang an air freshener from you mirror if you are worried about your warranty because manufacturers are saying "f" you to people everyday no matter what MMA says.

I don't even own goggles, but I do wear glasses a times. MMA does not reference aftermarket modifications anywhere in it that I can find. That's what we are talking about here. Note OEM replacement, but OEM modification. You seem to have found that part, so please post it. I am going to take the time to read the warranty again, but I it really does not much matter what I find with that verbiage I have already posted. If you know what part contradicts it, and you have half a brain (which I also believe you do), then post it and make your point.
PS: For what it's worth, I must not have half a brain because I did not see anything that overrides that comment I already listed. I do think your OK with your air freshener though, as long as it is not a 10 lb weight or something! Oh, Ford has the same type of language in their 2015 warranty. I also respect the OP for his decision. These matters take time, and he may simply not have it for one reason or another.
