Lakewood drag shocks with lowering springs
I am considering lakewood drag shocks for my ss, and 17 inch drag wheels. concerned about how well it leaves at the track, but id also like to lower the car using bmr 1.4 drop springs at the very most. Just depends on wheel gap once i have the wheel and tire combo, but i see no reason to lower more than 1.4 inches.
Are there ways to lower while using the lakewood drag shocks? And how well will they hold up to the abuse? I saw that the rears need v6 springs because they are longer. If its out on the rear 50/50 shocks, i was thinking i could use the lakewood 90/10s in the front, and in the rear jump on a set of koni yellows when they are available.
Any input is appreciated.
