With my K+N typhoon,when you accelerate you can hear engine, as the sound silencing that's engineered into the stock air box is no longer there. Even under light acceleratation,like half throttle, you can hear the engine be louder, under wide open throttle it kinda sounds like a old muscle car with the secondaries of the four barrels opening up. It is quite an improved sound.
