The oil pump in my LS3 failed this past weekend with 9800 miles on the clock. I don't even want the wahoos at GM working on this car after what they did last time nor do I want another one of their junk pumps. Hauled my car to a very competent LS guy about 150 miles away for a melling pump, cam, springs, rods and long tubes.
I've been a GM guy all my life, but they've gotten shady with warranties and just issuing TSB's where there should be recalls in recent years. :(
