With the proper tools and lots of measuring, it's really not that difficult to do yourself. Once you have the measurements exact, drill the holes, install the rivnuts and bolt it on. Took about an hour and a half with 45 minutes of measuring, then measuring again...and again. I bought a micrometer to get the center of each hole exactly the same across the spoiler. Use a small bit for the pilot hole, then a larger one, then the proper one. I can't remember the exact size off-hand. But you definitely need a rivnut tool, or you can use the homemade one guys on other threads have used. Hell, drive it up to PA and I'll do it for you.
