I actually pulled the intake off and made sure it was connected and it was connected fine. I sprayed around the intake manifold with carb cleaner for leaks and couldn't find anything. I almost wonder if my o2 sensor is affecting it since it's been running kind of rough when it's cold at part throttle. I have a code for it. I'll be changing that in a couple days.
