I know squat about 5th gen tuning and even less about Colorado. However, the automotive business is very similar to the construction business i am in, a good old fashion phone call usually produces better results than an email.
I'm in the same boat. I prefer email and its easier for me to respond back and forth, especially while i am at work. Put yourself in the position of a busy, grease covered shop owner. Would you want to be checking email in your office or picking up the shop phone?
Alternatively maybe your right and they could just suck haha. Good luck !
