I have the black rally stripes and got a "flat" black to blackout between the tail lights. The GM stripes have slighty more gloss than the "flat" vinyl, but I won't classify them as gloss. My GM stripes are more of a satin finish.... maybe just the name changed?

Didn't recall them saying "flat", "gloss" or any descipt on the finish of any of the stripe packages....just colors.
