Don't waste your money on a nav system... and in any case if you ever plan on selling your Camaro it will actually lower the resale value to have the nav system installed. (because by the time you go to sell the vehicle it will be old and dated technology that cannot be updated that the next owner will be stuck with. (one huge problem that owners of the first generation integrated nav systems are quickly having to deal with is there are no available updates to the mapping software because they are no longer supported by the manufacturer which means as roads change, new roads are added, and old roads removed they do not get updated in the database.)
Just imagine for a second that you bought your new computer three years ago with windows XP. Well now vista came out and you have to update it because the new software you want will not run on XP, but you cannot update it because the hardware will not support it. Now imagine you cannot upgrade the hardware because it is part of a larger integrated system that cannot be changed out and remain stock and you start to see the problem that integrated nav systems face and the reason they are not good for resale value.
If you really need a nav system you can always get a manually updated nav system (read Thomas Guide), or a dumdum or garmin or something like that.
