Hello. Please let us know if you continue to have any issues. We designed the kit around stock height plug and port locations. If the distances are changed, it can make our plug wire location off from our initial design.
We have R and D vehicles that are making over 1000 rwhp and have over 40K miles since installation with no heat issues, and no extra coating.
