A road force balance machine operated by a good tech can diagnose a bad tire, a shifted belt in the tire, out of round tire, out round wheel... New tires are frequently bad tires on a RF machine. That i why you don't see them in tire mfg owned shops. Get them on a RF balance machine and find out.
