i have a black Cold Air Inductions CAI. the actual box and lid are new with maybe 1000 miles on them. I had the tube repowdercoated black. the Filter is used .. roughly 15k on it.
Long story short. Had a v6 car. powdercoated original box to match car. Went to an SS and saved box. found good local deal on v8 version. so you get the new box with old filter. Which is cleaned pretty much brand new.
