I used the ZL1 piping that leveraged the Drivers and passengers side which I routed to the 'breather' for the 'clean side' entry. I used the 'breathers' in both the catch can and oil fill location for 'venting' the boost pressure. That's my setup.
I believe you'll need just one 'clean' outlet so use the passenger's side. If you have the 1LE separator, then I'd pipe that outlet to the intake 'barb' and cap off the others outlets -- I believe you need just 'one' clean and 'one' dirty.
