Post Help me pick a Camshaft.

Well, My lifter and cam did not agree on something, and the Lifter decided to stop rolling and took a bit of material from the intake lobe on #3 cylinder . So now after much heated self arguments and contemplation of selling the car, I want to rebuild.

I will be looking for a Mild Street Cam with a nice chop at idle and with a nice mid range power.

The Cam coming out of the car was put it by the Previous Owner and had it custom ground from comp, with the following specs.

gross valve lift int. .608 exh. .610
duration @ .050 230 239
lobe separation 115.0

I liked this cam but don't exactly want to go back to a comp. Cam, does anyone have any suggestions on a nice Cam, and also will be looking at lifters, push rods, and possibly trunion upgrade or rocker replacement.
