It's been requested, and a close friend of mine who took the video with his GoPros has been in the hospital for an extended period. However, I was able to get the raw video and made a rudimentary video... It's my first time so bare with me... The second half of the video is a tribute to the car and to friends that have supported me along the way, even from afar...
This was the record run, and while most of the sound is the music I put to the video, in the forward looking view of the mile pass, you can hear the motor sound... Yes, I missed third gear, and then shifted early into 5th, falling below the power band and she went a bit flat...
The next run of the Texas Mile begins net week. I'll be traveling on Thursday, going through tech and the drivers meeting, and be ready to shake the car down on Friday... Saturday might be interesting... Numerous friends are going to be there to watch all of the cars run... Including one, Garth, flying in from Colorado on Wednesday to take part in the weekend... I'm going to put him to work as well getting the videos taken care of and helping to load out Thursday...
Thanks Everyone for the support....
