I say exhaust meaning everything from the manifolds back to the mufflers and put aftermarket headers , cats and mufflers.
Aftermarket intake.
Go with a manual shift car.

switch the IRS to a solid rearaxle.
Wheels
Hood.
That should shave quite a bit atleast a few hundread.
Keep in mind the IRS is Heavy and last but not least give it 2 years and the mustang will weigh the same as us due to updating safety stuff in the car.
