The exhaust (MRT v2) cost me about 65 to install and the MF X pipe cost me 50 to install. I had those installed, since that required welding. You can actually bolt on the MRT v2 without welding, but I didn't want to have any leaks. Not sure how much a shop would charge to install the HFCs since I did it myself. It's a little time consuming, but not really too difficult.
I would recommend getting a cold air intake, and that is something very easy to install.
