One other point is Ford rarely puts a very high speed limiter in their cars. The V-6 2010 Camaro is speed limited to 155 MPH with the right tires. Even the 4.6 Ford Mustang GT won't go that high. The GT 500 has a higher top speed but your talking way more money. I wouldn't be surprised if GM doesn't offer a Z28 or something to compete with Fords track pack. I think a hopped up V-6 with extra handling with lighter weight like the 305 RS of old would be cool. I ordered the 1LT with the 19" Polished aluminum wheels. By the way I have it figured it will the lightest 2010 Camaro and maybe with headers and CAI it will hold its own against any V6 mustang. With the new cafe standards of 35 + MPG all of these cars might be forced out of production. This is one reason I'm buying now because in a couple of years they may not be available. I remember what happened to the sport cars in the mid 70's. :( The higher MPG they require the more expensive its going to be and harder to obtain on production cars.
