Sounds like we have you covered in spades if that is your only mod.
We can tune up that throttle lag for ya.
As far as the limiter goes the tuner/calibrator will only adjust that based off of mods and if it is safe. We have tons of packages for that platform, mild to wild
We were the first to put a ZL1 in the 9's!
Headers and connections are a good choice but choosing the incorrect ones could be a 25 rwhp mistake... so choose your parts carefully. We have the recipes for those cars that are proven and still drive great.
I would not tinker with the gears unless you are building a dedicated 1/8 mile drag car.
When you start making more power the gear doesn't seem as important.
It's not a 300 hp car we are trying to make run like it has big power like the days of past.
