You are on the right track. Kooks or ARH headers, intake and dyno tune for 93 should get you to 530whp for about 1800- $2 000. You now have many options to get 70 whp for 3k. Cam or E85 or pulleys and more octane. Check out Jannetty packages or as stated ADM. You can easily attain your goals with your budget.
