Here are the hoses routed -- I was really limited to what I had -- obviously there is going to be more restrictions with the 'bends' and 2 more Heat Exchanges. The good news is I added and additional quart of coolant! So this has 3 quarts instead of 2!

You'll notice the passenger's side hx is a bit higher -- this is so it clears the JDP tow hook mountings -- really not a lot of room, but much better air flow due to the ZL1 front bumper...

Hoses routed and the power steering cooler mounted ( did have to manipulate and cutup the lower deflector so everything cleared -- no issues once I did this). Moved the ambient air sensor to the passenger's side near the turn signal light...:

Tested fitting of the bumper -- Bueno! Fit great so far! Did a quick test run -- tightened up the fittings on the dual hx to make sure no leaks!

Video of the Tri HX system running:

This will build up pressure in the system (I ran if for about 10 minutes to purge and make sure air was out). I'll leave it sit overnight to confirm no leaks...

Ran out of time (it is new years eve after all), so power steering tomorrow!
