From what i'm guessing, the front engine cover was leaking pretty bad and the rod bearing didn't have enough oil between my crank and bearing. The rod bearing tangs were destroyed and it spun with my crank until the bearings got sandwiched together and it seized to the crank. Oddly I didn't find any metal in the oil pump. The plastigauge clearances that I went with were (0.0007 - 0.0010)IN I also used CB-1877 A(6) standard bearings. The main bearing clearance was spot on 0.0006IN they looked brand new so I reused them.
