Sorry BigFish but not true. They are done all the time with heads on engine. Motor stays in vehicle for cam swap as well. You do need to recover the refrigerant from HVAC system and then recharge after all is replaced along with the Dexcool in radiator. Radiator and condensor come out as well to provide room for cam removal. Oil change would be a good thing to do as well. Done in a day, easy!!
