There is no such thing as an "official record" there are plenty of fast Zl1s out there (and SS's)that don't post on this site. The best we can do here is a list of people who chose to share their setups and results. If you look around you will see plenty of people on this site that have fast times in their sig that are not posted to the fast list so its not the end all of who is fastest in a category. However, the fast list is a great reference on what to expect for a given combo of modifications.
