If you are going to purchase the vmaxx tb I would go with the 80mm tb sold by overkill. It will give you more options later down the line if you decide you want to get boosted or build a monster N/A LFX. BCS and Overkill are working on some badass projects. Back on topic. In addition with those 3 mods I would get a cold air intake; CAI or Roto-Fab.
Now whats your definition of good? Just increase performance over stock? With the mods you listed and the cold air intake, you should be putting down around 270-280rwhp and 235-245ft*lbs tq with a good tune. Yes, you will notice a difference in acceleration and sound.
