This has me very curious...

I know this was designed with the 2014-2015 in mind (OTR wouldn't work in these years), but is there anything preventing it from installing in a 2010-2013 SS?

I already have the Vararam OTR, but I am also wondering if there is any performance benefit with this new one over the OTR style. I can already see that Vararam has really improved when it comes to the actual build quality.

While my OTR version was the newer 'SS' revision, some aspects still had room for improvement, such as the filter being 1/4 inch too long for the housing, causing it to bend and not seal perfectly. Also don't like how it only has the 1 screw on each end of the filter housing.

But I am glad to hear that the new version is a great product. It is nice to have quality products being developed for our cars from some of these smaller companies.
