It's pretty amazing how much sound the stock cats absorb, so yeah, headers and high flows are going to increase the sound, there's really no way around that. However, I think, with the factory cat back, it's going to be only slightly louder than stock, with a little more "bark" perhaps.
Fitment, I believe the Kooks set up is designed to match up for a direct fit.
