I would have a legal issue with allowing a blue or red ghosted/tinted white LED or a RGB LED, that can blink, being visible from the front of the vehicle. The ghosted blue you posted above would be illegal in 47 states if wired to blink. Wired as a running light it is only illegal in 39 or 40 states when red or blue light source is directly visible from the front of the vehicle.
I would put a disclaimer on the product page to cover your ass and declare that certain combinations (list them) are considered off-road use only.
