I'm FI so I now have 3.45s. I did it all at the same time. Ryan can tell you the typical gains. No issues with the converter after it broke in. It does push just a little when new.
It is a great na cam if you want stock drivability. SS2 would be pushing it on the stock converter.
Don't have to have gears unless you are not going FI. 3.91s on the auto is awesome as long as you stay na.
