I did the exact same swap (from the 9.55 to the 10") when I went E85. I didn't realize you were running that much pulley. If you 1/4 mile the car, I would definitely recommend it if you want to maximize your 1/4 mile times. I'm pushing about 14.5 lbs of boost with the 10"

But like I said before, it just depends on how you use the car. If its just a street cruiser, the stock HX can keep up with the car moving when not under WOT for extended periods of time.

If anything I would recommend a reservoir if you don't already have one, I noticed quite a bit of improvement from the increased coolant capacity and it makes it much easier to make sure all the air is out of the system.
