All ZL1 1LE's come with red brakes, satin black accents (mirrors, rockers, hood, grilles, diffuser), and an exposed carbon fiber wing and heat extractor. Interior also features black w/ red accents (belts, stitching)

Since I've never seen one in person and can only comment based on pictures I think the Garnet Red would be awesome on a ZL1 1LE. All the black accents and carbon fiber would just make that color really pop!
I also like Red Hot but I've always liked red with black accents. Just helps define the lines of the car and show off those stunning design cues.
I do like HBM but I've seen so many cars with that color since they brought it out and sometimes the more I see it the more it just kind of blends in with all of the other "plain" color choices. And the HBM to me just doesn't have that menacing "Track car" look but that's just my opinion.
