Good luck with your install.

Yes it is a good start. Thank you again, But imo it's not the only or best way to do it. I'm looking for some options here. If the factory radio does not have a proper flat and clean output than just going in with a high level input to the amp will leave a lot of sq on the table. Not to mention noise issues more likely with having a high level input
Maybe I should have rephrased it being as I've installed many car audio systems over the years. I already know how to install speakers and wire amps. My issue and questions comes down to the factory head unit. Every system I've had and installed was with an aftermarket head unit using the low level rca outputs. I'm concerned going directly from the head unit to an amp will limit the sound quality of the entire system
At this point I see a couple options for my 4 channel amp
1. Go directly to the amp with high level speaker inputs.
2. Use a pair of loc off the hu to give low level RCA inputs
3. Use some type of processor in-between the hu and amp like JL audio fix86 or one of the cheaper audiocontrol units
Obviously if I can go direct to the amp high level from the head unit and achieve good sq and not have annoying noise issues than thats the easiest and cheapest way. Anyways just looking for some opinions here
