i'm coming home..

First car at 15: 89 2.8L V6 5 speed
First financed car at 18: 98 V6 3.8L Ttop auto
Current car: '11 Toyota Camry.....

Grew up..became a dad...more responsibilities..less money..needed a bigger and 100% reliable car for the babies..

Those days are over, and I'm coming home!

Just need a little help from this community..I'm at a crux.

I've never had the real deal. I've never had that sweet sound of pure American muscle. I had the look, but not the power. Now, my budget is about $22k max. I could do more, but it's just not financially wise just yet.

So the question is this - do I look at the 2010-2012 used SS and get my power? Or do I get the comfort and look again with a 2014-2015 LT? I have found the absolute sweet spot seems to be a 2013 SS, as it looks like that's when they changed to the more modern features like the touchscreen and backup camera, but that's just slightly priced out of my range (hoping to stay under 35k miles).

Sell me folks. Please sell me.
