I've used Dr Colorchip a bunch. I think it's a fantastic 95% solution for a majority of chips. It won't make the paint perfect again, but it will take a close look to see that it's not the original paint (what I mean by this is that you can still see the chip if you look really close, but the paint match is perfect). Steps are easy:

1. Clean the area.
2. Spread the paint over the area with a brush (I used plastic gloves and simply wipe on a thin layer, works fine).
3. Let it dry for 5-10 minutes.
4. Take the cloth it came with and put the solution (only use what came with the product, don't use anything else) on the cloth (about a quarter sized spot).
5. Rub back and forth slowly. After a minute or so you'll see the excess paint come off and the only paint left is in the chip.

I was skeptical, but after using it once I won't go with anything else. Again, this will NOT make your paint perfect again, but it will make the chip(s) disappear from a normal distance. Great product!
