First vehicle I bought was a 1990 v6 Chevrolet C1500 swb with a 5-speed manual in June of 2014 for $2,000. Odometer said 298k but it stopped turning. Wrecked it a month later in Dallas, Texas when a Jeep Patriot pulled out in front of me in an intersection. Got it on a trailer the next day and got her home. Put her back together myself, other than the hood and front portion of the frame. Hood was too big to handle myself and frame was bent. If I ever have to deal with that many crappy fender-well bolts again, I'll shoot myself
Picked up my 2010 Camaro 1LT in February of this year, put down $2,000 and traded the truck in too.
